Talk Talk broadband package could be an option for those seeking debt advice

Talk Talk broadband package could be an option for those seeking debt advice

- Monday, 21 February 2011

Consumers living with debt problems may want to sign up for the broadband and phone package that Talk Talk is introducing.

That is because consumers can save money on their household bills by signing up to the package as it is currently being offered with a 50 per cent discount.

This means that people who sign up for the Essential package will pay just £3.49 a month for both their broadband and home phone.

As a result, Brits living with debt solutions could save money on their internet bills and use the spare cash to clear their debt problems.

Matthew Wheeler, communications expert at price comparison site uSwitch.com, commented: "The new deals are well worth considering. £3.49 a month for a broadband and calls package is exceptional value for money.

"You do have to pay line rental on top of this, which at £12.30 a month, is far from the cheapest on the market."

Despite the line rental, the company still offers one of the cheapest annual bills on the market, he added.

The rates apply to a 12 month contract.
